Crouch Environmental Services, Inc., founded by Kay and Greg Crouch in 1994, began as a dynamic, two-person team offering expert and specialized environmental services throughout the country.
Under their leadership, the company grew to become a flourishing operation providing a variety of services, including environmental, GIS, communications, video production, graphic design, and more.
The company is most well-known for its biological services, wetlands services (delineation, permitting and mitigation), a thriving National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) practice and expert public engagement and communications services. Clients served include the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Port of Houston Authority, Harris County, the Harris County Flood Control District, the City of Houston, and many other municipalities and private companies.
The company moved its permanent operations to the historic Heights neighborhood of Houston in 2003 and the Crouches continued to direct the company at this location until 2019. In 2019, a buyout of the company was completed.
With 40+ years of experience each working on very large public infrastructure projects nationwide, the Crouches now perform litigation support and Independent External Peer Review (IEPR) for major projects throughout the U.S.
