    CESI is woman-owned and registered with the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and the City of Houston as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). With more than 100 years of combined technical experience, CESI specializes in environmental documentation, wetland delineations, permitting, design and construction, wetland restorations, listed species surveys, storm water plans, environmental testing, communications services and public involvement activities.

    CESI's professional staff consists of six environmental consultants including full GIS capability, and three public involvement specialists including graphic designers, web developers and copy writers.
